We found a few more Petra von Plasty outfits in the archives. This time in truly vintage black and white. The quality of the photos is not great – but the outfits were pretty shoddy too! Nevertheless, there’s charm a-plenty in this Barbie clone’s publicity stills. To see yet more Petra (in full color!) follow this link.

A saucy platinum Fräulein von Plasty shows off her undies, as seen through her cardboard vanity mirror.

Ever-imaginative with their choice of names for Petra’s outfits, the Plasty company chose to call these summer ensembles 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. At least it cuts down on the chances of spelling mistakes.

.. and here is outfit 3, in all it’s retro print glory. This summer shift dress was sold complete with luxurious white plastic mules and a matching handbag. Not exactly Hermès, but you get what you pay for.

You guessed it. Outfits 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. From daywear, through spring showers, a Bavarian moment, and on to the ski slopes. “Look Mama, no poles!”

Although they hardly need an introduction, outfits 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16. Petra really has any occasion covered in this lot, even an emergency wedding.

As a grand finale, outfits 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21. These last shots are not exactly pin-sharp, but you get the idea.
